Job summary
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Support Officer to join our East Hampshire hub. In this vital role, you'll provide day to day administrative support to our specialist nurses and social workers, helping them deliver essential services to individuals and families across the area.
You'll also play a key part in supporting the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process through research and information gathering, as well as offering administrative assistance to our Senior Management Team.
Main duties of the job
As part of the Safeguarding Support Team, you will:
Provide efficient, accurate and confidential administrative and secretarial support
Respond promptly and professionally to routine safeguarding enquiries
Work independently, prioritising your workload and making day to day decisions to support the effective running of the safeguarding hub
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the team to maintain a cohesive and responsive service
Assist with the collation, analysis and dissemination of data
Support monitoring and evaluation of safeguarding projects
Maintain and upload safeguarding documentation using electronic health record systems
