Are you a skilled and experienced Admin Coordinator?
This is an exciting time to join our highly motivated, professional and committed NHS Talking Therapies Southampton team who provide a range of low and high-intensity CBT, Psychoeducational groups and counselling for the population of Southampton City, with 10,000 patients coming through the service each year. We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, managerial skills and experience, someone who is experienced in staff management, coordinating the work of the admin team, managing HR related queries, developing procedures, preparing and reviewing reports and liaising with managers, practitioners, clients and external professionals. The Admin Coordinator is a significant part of the service's leadership team and is supportive to the service and modality leads. Working patterns require that you must be able to work 60:40, provide one evening a week and Saturday shifts on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job
Co-ordinating all administrative support the Steps for Wellbeing Service-Supervising Team Administrators and any other administrative and clerical staff in the team (as appropriate) and maintain an overview of work within the office, ensuring it is produced and dispatched within agreed quality standards.-Gathering information and providing data reports as instructed by the Senior Clinical Lead & Service Manager.-Undertaking administrative tasks alongside other members of the administrative team
