All teams work collaboratively and in partnership to deliver consistent high-quality care and treatment to the young people of Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be part of a team providing high quality home treatment to young people under the care of CAMHS, who require additional intervention for severe and complex mental health needs, which may include depression, anxiety or eating disorders.

Experience of working in a mental health setting and/or in a role working with young people and families is highly preferable for this role.

The ability to work well within a team and forge good working relationships with multi-disciplinary colleagues are key components of this role.
