Job summary

Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for 2 Team Administrators to join our teams at Brambleys Drive, Basingstoke.

As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective running of the service and ensuring a high-quality experience for children, young people, and their families across our CAMHS and Early Help Services

The post holder will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.

Both roles are permanent positions for 37.5 hours per week.

We also have a band 2 permanent Receptionist position available at Bramblys Drive for 30 hours per week. There is an option later in the application for you to select if you would like to be considered for this role too.

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the team. To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers, and other agencies. To consistently deliver a client focussed service that promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
