Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for 2 band 3 Team Administrators to join our friendly teams.

Th first is at West Hampshire CAMHS Early Help Service. You will play a vital role in supporting the effective running of the service and ensuring a high-quality experience for children, young people, and their families.

Our second position is within our CAMHS Eastleigh service. We are a small and friendly team, who are supportive of each other. As a team we support young people and their families age range 5yrs to 18yrs.

We are looking for 22.5 hours a week on Thursdays, Fridays and flexible on the third day required. Contact - allison.elliott6@nhs.net

We also have a band 2 Business Support Assistant Administrator role, a great entry level into the NHS, this is based at the Adelaide Health Centre in Southampton. Our service is made up of Health Visitors, Community Health Nurses, School Nurses and associate practitioners who, together with our Business Support Team, provide essential and comprehensive support to children and young people.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the team; this will include handling all aspects of correspondence, including dealing with telephone enquiries.

Liaise with other directorates and staff at all levels and with external agencies.

To act as a contact point for members of the team during office hours, responding appropriately in emergency situations by obtaining relevant information and liaising with organisations and persons involved.

To open and process incoming and outgoing mail for the team.

To be responsible for scanning and uploading documents into Rio, accurately onto the correct tab and in a timely manner.

To provide reception services, receiving visitors on behalf of the department, dealing sensitively with people, in person and on the telephone, taking accurate messages and providing follow up action as required, using appropriate initiative.
