Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for 3 Business Support Administrators to join our teams!

Our CAMHS team is looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and demanding service that plays a vital role in supporting children and young people's mental health care.

This role is a Permanent position at Falcon House in Portsmouth for 18.75 hours per week. Contact is maria.williams51@nhs.net

Our Community Paediatric Medical Service (CPMS) which includes Child Protection, Adoption and Looked after Children; has two vacancies which will provide support to the medical staff within the team, as well as outside agencies and other team administrators.

These roles are a fixed term 12 month vacancy which is full time (37.5 hours per week) and also a permanent vacancy for 22.5 hours. These are both at the Battenburg Clinic in Portsmouth. Contact is samantha.ainsworth2@nhs.net

Main duties of the job

* Ensure referrals are actioned following the agreed procedures according to the defined performance targets and timescales.

* Manage appointment bookings, updating electronic record system and sending appointment letters following Trust guidelines and targets.

* Produce letters, emails or memoranda using standardised Trust templates ensuring accurate filing, recording and distribution.

* Produce accurate minutes and full administration support for a range of meetings and investigations to include agenda preparation and follow up of appropriate actions.

* Use and accurately populate the electronic record system (SystmOne), with information to include referrals, scanning and uploading information from other services in a timely manner etc., taking responsibility for the quality of the data and taking note of the Health Records Standards and Procedures and Record Keeping Policy.

* Follow agreed processes for dealing with emails on Outlook, on a regular basis prioritising both urgency and importance, taking responsibility for signposting or dealing with queries, often sensitive, regarding issues arising.

* Provide cover and support during times of absence for the core functioning of the administration team.
