Job summary
Join our dynamic ERS team as an Administration Lead, where your skills will directly support urgent community care helping to prevent hospital admissions and support patients to return home from hospital. You'll be the first point of contact for referrals, liaising with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive timely, appropriate support.
This role demands excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills, along with a calm, professional manner. You'll manage sensitive data, coordinate care pathways, and maintain accurate records across systems like Rio and MS Office. Flexibility is key -- we operate Monday to Friday, 08:00--16:00, and you'll help cover absences when needed.

Main duties of the job
Handling referrals from clinicians
Liaising with health professionals to arrange care plans
Updating patient records on Rio and managing spreadsheets
Taking and passing on accurate messages
Supporting triage staff with admin and secretarial tasks
Producing reports and keeping databases tidy
Organising meetings, training, and supplies
Helping keep the service 'paper light' and efficient
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and service development
Manage Admin Assistants, and sustainability policies
