Secondment Admin Lead South-School Nursing

An exciting opportunity has arisen within HIOW Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an inspirational and enthusiastic Administrative Lead/Admin Support to the School Nursing Service Lead.

You will also be required to use initiative, working autonomously in referring issues to other relevant parties as appropriate, ensuring confidentiality and security of information is always maintained, whilst providing good customer service experience for all staff and patients/customers. The role will include managing, supervising, and allocating work to the administrative team, taking minutes and responsibility for the team key performance indicators, providing cross-cover support to other teams and sites across the Area as required.

Car driver, access to a car and insurance for business use are essential.

Hampshire Wide covers the following locations;Fareham, Aldershot, Basingstoke, Winchester, Otterbourne, Havant, West End, Tatchbury Mount and Alton.

Main duties of the job

To coordinate and lead the Administrative Team Coordinators in providing high quality administrative support to the 0-19 Children and Family Services Clinical Team Leads to support effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

The Admin Leads role will also provide support to the Admin Manager with the management of HR (Human Resource) processes and recruitment and provide high quality administration to the School Nursing Service Lead

The Administrative Lead will be responsible for ensuring all communications are being relayed accurately to relevant team members and agencies as required following correct message taking procedures.

The Administrative Lead will be required to work collaboratively with partner agencies including Primary Care, Midwifery, Education, Childrens Services and the Voluntary Sector, to support effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

This role is to cover the South Teams of, Fareham & Gosport, Eastleigh, New Forest and Havant
