Job summary
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are expanding their Mental Health Primary Care team and are excited to be recruiting an administrator to join the team. The primary function of this role is to assist the Primary Care Mental health team in the delivery of their services.
Our division is comprised of 3 practices, Twyford, Bishops Waltham and Wickham Surgeries, providing high quality and personalised care for patients. The Primary Care team offers an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday working patterns and no weekend or bank holiday work.
This is a part time post - 18.75 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to the Mental Health Primary Care team across the surgeries associated within your Primary Care Network PCN.
To maintain and develop good working relationships with all members of staff within the Mental Health environment, including but not limited to: PCN staff, HIOW teams, multidisciplinary teams, patients, visitors and any other external agencies.
To liaise with users of the service, carers and other voluntary and non-statutory agencies.
Monitoring and maintaining departmental quality standards within the scope of the job description.
Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients and staff.
To attend regular team meetings and being aware of and working to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust policies and procedures.
