Main duties of the job
As a member of the Trust's Senior Management Team, the post holder will play an active role achieving high organisation performance and on-going development of the Trust with respect to lived experience, experience of care, community engagement, coproduction and participation. They will take a lead role as required in the planning, development and implementation of the Trust's strategies, improvement and performance metrics, key objectives and efficient use of resources, working closely with executive and senior clinical and management colleagues.
As this role has been created at the launch of a new organisation a key responsibility will be to lead the culture change that will be required to embed the voice of lived experience and engagement with our communities in all we do.

- * Specialist training to Doctorate or senior equivalent level qualification or equivalent experience.
