Job summary
The Senior Leadership Team Administrator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the SLT by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting the projects roll out. SLT Administrator will also have the responsibility of phoning relatives to provide them with consultant e-mail addresses as well as taking phone messages from relatives or other professionals.

Main duties of the job
Provide efficient support to the Senior Leadership Team, working autonomously and ensuring key information is obtained, organised, and distributed. Manage diaries, handle appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Lead on Discharge Summary Processes, Junior Doctors Rotation, and Access to Records, including training and system access. Support Medics with dictation, transcription, and confidential documentation.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points. Maintain accurate records, compile reports, and manage sensitive information.
Utilise patient administration systems, handle general admin tasks, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, and provide cover for colleagues as needed.

Essential
- NVQ Level 4 or Higher Education Certificate/ BTEC or equivalent experience.
- High level of knowledge equivalent to Senior Secretarial Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuous professional development particularly organisational systems.
Desirable
- Administrative or IT qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or 2 A/AS Levels

- Advanced level of IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher).
