Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Support Team within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Learning Disability (CAMHS-LD) team.
The CAMHS-LD team deliver evidence-based interventions to young people and their families with moderate to severe learning disabilities that also include mental health conditions. The team deliver interventions to young people as well as their family members and work alongside partner agencies including Social Care and Education. The team comprises of a Multi-Disciplinary team who also offer training and consultation to other CAMSH teams, schools and families.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Business Support Administrator within the CAMSH-LD will be to act as the first point of contact for our team, answering calls professionally and passing on messages efficiently and accurately to our clinicians. The role also includes the processing of referrals received into the team and the administrative needs of this process including updating our computer system, typing letters and sorting incoming/outgoing post.
