An exciting opportunity has arisen within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to appoint an efficient and motivated Community Nursery Nurse to work with Rushmoor and Hart School Nurse Team, based at Aldershot Centre for Health. Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills who has the ability to work as part of a corporate skill mixed team delivering delegated components of the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2021).You will be part of a skill mixed team and you will be required to promote child health and parenting skills for families by participating in planned programmes of care under the supervision of a registered practitioner. You will need to be committed to working to achieve healthy outcomes for children and have an awareness of aspects of safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.With a positive approach to customer care, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently.Applicants must have excellent IT skills as you will be required to record clinical data in the electronic record system.Applicants must hold an NNEB Diploma or equivalent NVQ Level 3 in Early Years.Due to the nature of the post, it is expected that you will have access to a car, a full driving licence and insurance for business use.
