Job summary
Elmleigh hospital are looking for a Senior Clinical Lead who will be predominantly based on Ruby ward in Elmleigh, Havant. We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience and leadership skills.
Elmleigh is inpatient hospital with has wards for both men and women with a functional mental illness - such as depression, a personality disorder or schizophrenia. It is made up of two wards, Blue Bay (Male Ward) and Red Bay (Female Ward). In addition to these acute wards, Elmleigh also holds a place of safety in our urgent care zone.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Lead role is a key element in providing safe, effective and cohesive service to those who require support with their mental health.
The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, leadership and clinical advice to support the day-to-day care delivery on the ward and providing senior nursing leadership to support the development of clinical interventions provided in the inpatient environment.
