Job summary
Whitewater Loddon PCN and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust are expanding their Mental Health Primary Care team and are excited to be recruiting an administrator to join the team. The primary function of this role is to assist the Primary Care Mental health team in the delivery of their services.
Whitewater Loddon PCN comprises of 3 practices in north Hampshire, providing high quality and personalised care for patients, Clift Surgery, The Chineham Medical Practice and Whitewater Health. Primary Care offers an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday working patterns and no weekend or bank holiday work.
Working with our established Multidisciplinary Primary Care Mental Health team, this role is fundamental to the continued delivery of the PCNs primary mental health care offer. This team comprises staff employed by the PCN, Mind and Southern Health with wellbeing practitioners and peer support workers already in post and supported by other clinical members of the PCN and Southern Health including the PCN Manager, Clinical Directors and Mental Health Primary Care team Manager for Mid and North Hampshire. The role provides support to clinicians working within our surgeries and to our patients.
