Job summary
An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join our friendly administration team within the Crisis Team. You must be able to work well both in a team and unsupervised, with previous experience of working in admin with administration systems.
The team operates across Basepoint Business Centre in Havant and Basepoint Business Centre in Gosport supported by the team of administrators.
The post-holder will be based primarily in the Gosport office but be expected to travel between both bases. Therefore, access to a suitable vehicle will be required.
The post holder must have:
-Previous secretarial experience, including minute taking and typing.
-Excellent interpersonal communication
-Excellent customer care skills are required, due to constant interaction via email and telephone,
-A very positive, methodical, and calm approach to all aspects of their work.
-Able to multi-task, have good time management skills and can prioritise their work appropriately.
-A flexible approach to their work and working environment is desirable.

Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administration and secretarial services to the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment teams at Basepoint, Gosport. The post holder will be responsible for the organisation of their own workload and delegated decisions/actions, as deemed appropriate by the Administration Manager. The needs of the service user will be the utmost priority. The principle of high quality customer care is at the heart of this role.
