Job summary
The is an exciting opportunity to join a new service. At Risk Mental State pathway (ARMS) are looking to recruit a part time Administrator to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.
Base to be agreed upon appointment; Parkway, Havant, Parklands House, Basingstoke, The Elms, Tatchbury Mount
The post holder must have experience of working within an administrative environment and will be working closely with our ARMS and Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) pathway. You will need to have a warm and professional manner; the successful candidate will be working as part of a team and therefore being a team player is essential as well as having the ability to work independently.
Act as an advocate for the Trust & its contribution to the Health Service arena through creating effective partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Comply with corporate governance structure in keeping with the principles and standards set out by the Trust. Support clinicians to provide evidence that the teams are compliant with Governance policy & procedures.
Support the Trust culture of collaborative, flexible cross-team working and commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes, which support the Government's policies on public health
Proactively, meaningfully and consistently demonstrate the Trust Values in your everyday practice, decision making and interactions with colleagues, visitors and patients.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administration service to the ARMS Clinical Lead and/or service. The post holder will be responsible for the organisation of their own workload and delegated decisions/actions, as deemed appropriate by the ARMS Clinical Lead
