Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Secretary with the Early Intervention in Psychoses Team based at Tatchbury Mount, Calmore, Southampton.

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible, and creative in their approach and who can work alongside clinical staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective secretarial support

Main duties of the job

Management of various meetings, including weekly Multidisciplinary Team Meetings, and the on occasion Professional/CPA meeting, including preparation, minute taking and outcome of those meetings

  • GCSE Grade 3 at English
  • RSA 2 or equivalent

Desirable

  • RSA III in typing
  • Experience in minute taking
  • Familiar with medical terminology

  • Competence in software packages (Word, Excel, databases and data entry)

  • Audio typing
  • Experience of having used the Rio system
