Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic administrator working within a high functioning mental health team based at the Cannon House.
The Care Navigator role has been developed to support the early intervention in psychosis team to monitor and maintain access and waiting time standards by establishing and maintaining systems to ensure service users are seen within 2 weeks of referral to the service and a range of NICE recommended interventions are offered. The role will support the team leader with the administration of performance reports, keeping up to date spreadsheets and data in relation to access and waiting time standards and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust standards (Tableau). They will also support the team leader to complete regular audits.
The role will be based within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team. The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires use of initiative and a commitment to team working and achievement of high standards. There will be an opportunity to develop your skills working in a specialist team.

To support the early intervention in psychosis team to monitor and maintain early intervention in psychosis access and waiting time standards by establishing and maintaining systems to ensure standards are met in a timely manner and ensure the team are aware of any potential breaches.
To support the team leader with the administration of performance reports, keeping up to date spreadsheets and data in relation to access and waiting time standards and SHFT standards (Insights).
