Based near the stunning New Forest town of Lymington we are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly team.
We require an administration apprentice to join our team, delivering a smooth and efficient administration service to support Outpatient Services for Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. The successful post holder will be working within a demanding but rewarding environment, you will be contributing to the patient receiving their care. You will learn all aspects of the administration tasks needed to ensure that patients' appointments/ follow ups are booked in a timely and professional manner; also ensuring associated paperwork is processed efficiently. You may also need to assist with prepping of clinics and reception duties.

Main duties of the job
Our aim is to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing and independence of the people we care for. We deliver these services to our community so you will feel a real sense of achievement and that your work makes a difference to local people's lives.
Providing the best service to our patients is vital and you will therefore be passionate about patient care and customer service.
Knowledge of computer systems would be preferable and after training you are prepared to use the telephone to communicate with patients, GPs and other hospitals.
