An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the Learning Education and Development team (LEAD) where they will gain experience in an interesting and diverse administration role.
We are looking for an efficient and highly motivated administrator with excellent organisational skills who will work as part of the Business Support team responsible for the administration and coordination of Student Placement and Preceptorship Programmes.
This role further supports a variety of business functions and workstreams which will require the post holder to work flexibly and collaboratively. The individual will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail and assist in the audit of administration systems, standards and processes providing recommendations for quality service improvements to maintain effective service delivery.
This role provides in house training with extended opportunities to participate in professional development relevant to the role requirements.
This post is 37.5 hours per week and can be worked with pre-agreed flexibility between core working hours Mon to Fri, 7am to 7pm. The post holder can expect an agile working environment with some home working dependent on workstream requirements and the business needs.
Main duties of the job
The individual will be jointly responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which involves process management and the ability to problem solve. They will have the ability to record and manage accurate and complex information and will be required to provide statistical analysis.
Applicants will need to be confident in using a wide variety of software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
