Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Functional Older Person's mental health ward as a Recovery Worker, you will work alongside the nursing and therapy team as part of the MDT.
The post is varied working with both our clients and their carers. You will promote independence with skill building. Increasing our clients confidence to take these skills back into the community. This will be completed through activities run on the ward and trips in the community.
Main duties of the job
To provide high standards of care for patients and their families by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care within your scope of professional practice. We are looking for people who share our vision for high quality Mental Health recovery services.
