Job summary

Do you enjoy games, sports and activities of all descriptions? Are you interested in working with people to provide meaningful activity and structure to their day to enhance wellbeing and support their recovery.

We want an activity coordinator that can plan, provide and engage our service users in activities of all kinds, that prevents boredom and presents ways in which people can fill their days in a meaningful way. To work primarily with service users, but also be part of the ward team providing holistic care.

Main duties of the job

About us: Saxon Ward is an 18 bedded Male Acute Inpatient Ward serving the Southampton area. We are committed to further developing our service to provide excellent and collaborative care with our service users, through participation in activity, recovery and gaining feedback of the service user experience.
