An exciting opportunity has arisen for two apprentice administrators to join the Learning Education and Development team (LEAD). We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to cover a diverse range of administrative processes with the aptitude to cope in a fast-paced environment providing an essential support service to the wider team and trust staff alike.
The two apprenticeship roles are each offered as 18 month fixed term contracts.
Main duties of the job
Both apprenticeships will offer varied and interesting roles assisting the Business Support Administration Lead in the administration and provision of a wide range of training programmes for Southern Health staff. To further develop personal knowledge and skills individuals will work within the wider LEAD team assisting where required.
The successful applicants will be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate a pleasant and professional telephone manner and be competent in listening and recording accurate and complex information. Post holders will be capable of prioritising their workstreams in order to meet deadlines, have excellent communication skills and have a customer focussed approach. The successful applicants will also be capable of working digitally and competent in the use of Office 365 and MS Teams.
Previous experience of working within a training environment or the NHS is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
