We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our hard-working and happy team affectionately known as the WHENS (West Hampshire Enteral Nutrition Service). This part-time, administrative post is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service.
Working to support the patients and clinicians, we are looking for someone that has experience in working within a team and can also show initiative and work independently. You need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be organised and possess excellent IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office programme. Experience of NHS clinical systems is desirable although programme specific training will be provided.
This role is for 18 hours per week, spread over 3 or 4 days.

Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the West Hampshire Enteral Nutrition Service. Communicate with a range of internal and external professionals and organisations, whilst providing good customer service experience for all patients at all times and supporting the Service.
The successful applicant should possess excellent time management and organisational skills, be self-motivated and with a positive attitude. You will be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach.
