We are committed to continued professional development and promoting evidence-based practise to ensure a high standard of care throughout the service. The MSK team benefit from an extensive professional development programme aligned against an education document. Alongside the support already mentioned, we actively support individuals that wish to pursue post-graduate study. With our orthopaedic triage team, we have developed an apprenticeship scheme that allows B6 staff to spend time with and develop clinically within a specific MSK area for a six-month period.
