We're looking for a budding Design and Content Assistant to join our busy Media and Communications Team in one of the largest NHS provider organisations in the country.
You'll have the enthusiasm, organisational skills and drive to provide outstanding support to a communications team, and be the lead for our busy patient publications process, managing multiple design jobs and working to very tight timescales. You'll take pride in the vital role you play and be able to manage a broad and ever shifting workload.
You'll support the team in the delivery of the Trust's media and communications strategy by creating high quality content (writing, graphics, video) for use by the wider communications team as part of communications campaigns and designing patient and staff publications.

Main duties of the job
*To manage and maintain the Trust's publication process (print and digital) - this can be up to 400 leaflets/posters/booklets per year
*To create high quality content (writing, graphics, video) for use by the wider comms team as part of communications campaigns and activity
*To support with administrative tasks as part of the wider Communications and Engagement team
*To provide an administrative function for projects and gather information and/or undertake enquiries
*To support the wider team to maintain the integrity of the public and staff websites and social media channels
*To provide communications support to the wider team
