Job summary

As a member of the Clinical Systems Training Team the successful applicant would deliver training on all systems but specific emphasis on delivering the training for the EPMA system.

Main duties of the job

By having an expert knowledge of Trust systems linked to the Clinical Systems programme the post holder will be responsible the following key areas:

  • To work with the other members of the IT Training Team to develop and deliver a high quality Training Programme which meets the requirements of the Trust and promotes accurate data recording.
  • To act as a specialist advisor to all users of the Patient System Software Applications.
  • Working within the Clinical Systems team to address training needs of new systems to the Trust and new training initiatives, and their roll out Trust wide.
  • Ensure training is delivered in a timely and cost-effective way.
  • To provide a consistent and professional learning and support service for all systems used to support patient care within the Trust
