built medium and low secure facilities in May 2010. This facility offers
increased capacity, with over 160 medium and low secure male and female
in-patients currently receiving care. A wide range of specialties are catered
for, including services for intellectually disabled and autistic people. Ridgeway offers spacious accommodation along with a comprehensive range

Responsible Clinician and as a vital part of the multidisciplinary team in
ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to service users. Specialty
doctors have long been an important part of the service that we provide, and we
are committed to supporting their longer-term career development. In addition
to ward-based clinical work, there will be opportunities to participate in
referral assessments, which may include other hospitals at various levels of
security, as well as custodial settings.
