You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to establish strong working relationships with colleagues within the department, across the wider Trust and external stakeholders.
This will involve working as a personal assistant for the Associate Director of Medical Development providing a high quality level of administrative service.
The post will also involve quality checking and managing multiple information streams therefore the successful applicant will be required to have excellent IT skills, a working knowledge/understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced excel and the use of databases, together with Diploma/NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration OR: Diploma/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administrationpluswillingness to work towards the Diploma Level 4 (must be achieved within agreed timescale).
Applicants should be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and deal with complex issues, are all essential criteria for the post.
