Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse Associate to join the North Dales Treatment and intervention Team. The applicant must have already have completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be a registered Nurse Associate on the NMC register. The successful applicant will work as part of the busy community team offering a recovery focused pathway to Service Users and will carry their own caseload as Lead Professional.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will work as part of the busy integrated community mental health team offering a recovery focused interventions to service users. The applicant will carry their own caseload as Lead Professional with supervision and support from the wider multi disciplinary team. This role will involve multiagency working and liaison with other services within Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust.
