An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time (30 hours) Administrator to work within the Employee Psychology Service Team. As a member of the team you will provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to all members of the Employee Psychology Service Team.
To help establish and adhere to robust systems and processes, assisting and supporting in the effective running and management of the Employee Psychology Service.
Answer the telephone, responding in a helpful manner to enquiries or other issues raised. Taking messages and accurately passing on to other team members.
To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental healthconditions and learning disabilities.
To promote at all times a positive image of the Employee Psychology Service including the wider Health and Wellbeing Service and associated work streams.

- IT skills to ECDL Level (or willing to work towards this) Evidence of experiential training and learning in the use of IMT software packages with advanced keyboard skills
- GCSE's (including English and Maths at grade C and above or equivalent Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
