An opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated, customer focused Digital & Data Services Department as a Digital Learning Manager on a permanent basis.
The Digital Learning Team at TEWV creates high-quality digital resources, lessons plans and training delivery, primarily to support learning digital and data products and services.
We also offer support Trustwide to any department with digital learning requirements. We collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create a range of products from an infographic to a complete online training package.
The digital learning team is also the hub to support Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) workforce learning and development resources such as Microsoft ESS and the Skills Development Network.
We aim to:o Provide effective and innovative learning materials that are accessible, enabling the creation of a safe digital environment that places patients, carers, and colleagues at the centre of what we do.o To improve digital literacy and competency to result in a more digitally confident workforce
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for developing and leading a Digital Learning and content production service.
- Ensure that the digital learning content provided by the Digital Learning Team is engaging, innovative and informative
- To lead a team of staff to develop and maintain engaging and high quality digital learning and guidance for all digital products and systems.
- Work closely with the trust services and third party suppliers to ensure that the digital learning content available enables full and proficient use of IT systems and products.
- Facilitate the modernisation of IT training and guidance materials by working closely with staff across the Trust to ensure that their requirements for learning and support materials for digital products are met to support benefits realisation.
- Customer relationship management in the delivery of an efficient digital learning service
- Planning and co-ordination of requests for new learning andguidance content for all new information products or changes to existing products, working with the relevant experts from within the department to review, analyse and develop proposals for change in line with the Trust Digital Information strategy.

- ITIL qualification
