We have 2 positions available in our Adult Mental Health Services, one within the Redcar and Cleveland team and another in the Middlesbrough team. We are currently at the forefront of community transformation and we are looking for a dynamic and creative psychologist to help shape, deliver and review our service. You will be a valued member of our leadership team and will develop excellent working relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the provision of specialist psychological assessment, formulation and psychological intervention through direct therapy and the supervision of psychological professionals and other clinical colleagues.
Psychologists & Psychological Therapists provide key leadership roles within the Trust. Main duties of the job
Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and ensure that the service users is fully engaged in their care pathway. To support clinical team working, including both direct interventions and the delivery of staff training programmes. To support the clinical team and area of service in developing new initiatives and ways of working. To work with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways for service users.
As a Psychologist, you will have experience and knowledge in carrying a service user's caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support their care plans.
