Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic People Partner to join our friendly team on a Fixed Term Basis of 12 months .

To provide professional human resources advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law, terms and conditions of service and best practice. Covering a wide range of clinical services across the geographical footprint of the Trust.

Main duties of the job

To provide expert human resource and people management advice in order for the Trust meets its legal obligations to employees.

  • Masters degree in HR or related subject, or, educated to degree level plus equivalent demonstrable experience, eg
  • Extensive general HR experience at HR Manager Leve
  • Experience of the implementation of change management
  • Experience of leading a workforce function in a complex organisation
  • Evidence of working with trade unions
  • Evidence of translating strategy into operational reality
  • Able to demonstrate evidence of CPD
  • Membership of CIPD
