Main duties of the job
Band 6 PCN CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner
- 11.0 posts across the County Durham PCN locality
- 37.5 hours per week
- NHS Agenda for Change and NHS Pension Scheme applicable
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time enthusiastic, motivated and caring CAMHS mental health practitioner to work within primary care, as part of a growing multidisciplinary team within our Primary Care Network (PCN). This new role is fundamental to the development and leadership of innovative and integrated mental health services. Together with Tees Esk and Wear Valleys (TEWV) NHS Foundation Trust, the PCN is working to transform local community mental health services for people with significant mental health problems. The PCN, alongside TEWV, consider this joint approach to be essential for the provision of high quality, sustainable care.
