An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Administrator to join the team at West Park working across both both Elm and Maple ward. Both wards are Adult Mental Health. Elm is a 18 bedded female acute ward, Maple is a 20 bedded male acute ward.
We would welcome applications from a skilled administrator with high standards and motivation to support services.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a well organised administrator, to provide an efficient/effective administrative/clerical/typing support service to the Adult Mental Health Service based atWest Park Hospital. One post is to work between two wards. One post is to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills and have an understanding of administrative/clerical procedures and experience of working in a customer service environment.
Applicants should be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail, together with an understanding of confidentiality issues are essential aspect of the roles.
The successful applicant should have a Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timescale), as well as data input experience. Knowledge of patient information systems, records management procedures, in addition to experience of Microsoft Office applications.
