Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced and highly motivated clinical secretary within the Teesside Intensive Community Liaison Service (ICLS). The Intensive Community Liaison Service is Tees wide working with individuals living in the community and in care homes 365 days of the year. Operating on an 8am till 8pm. The position is a full time permanent position across 5 days. This will predominantly be Monday - Friday, working hours hours 8.30-16.30 including 10.00-18.00hrs cover on monthly rota basis.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative duties for the full multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will need to have excellent IT and organisational skills and a good knowledge and understanding of information systems.The team is a busy and fast paced environment so the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Applicants should be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and deal with complex/sensitive issues, are all essential criteria for the post. An understanding of information governance/confidentiality procedures and knowledge of records management processes are also important aspects of the post.
