North Yorkshire and York Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services are seeking to recruit a CAMHS Nurse/Clinician to work in the Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale CAMHS ADHD Team.
This post requires the candidate to have a professional registration Child, Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated, forward-thinking clinician to work as part of our team - working with young people with mental health problems living in Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale area.
Main duties of the job
The team is multi-disciplinary and provides specialist ADHD assessments
Experience of working clinically with children and young people with Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental needs is essential.
If you enjoy working within a team who is passionate about children and young people's mental health, enjoy a challenge and have a flexible approach, then we would like to hear from you. You will work as part of a team but will need to be confident in your own clinical decision making skills. You will work with a range of professionals from a variety of different agencies including social care, acute care and a range of community and voluntary sector partners.
