Job summary
An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic Team Manager for our North Intensive Home Treatment Team. This is a full-time post and we encourage applications from candidates wanting to work innovatively and flexibly to ensure that staff and service users are fully supported to achieve their full potential.
Main duties of the job
The Team Manager will provide operational management of the Intensive home treatment team , including accountability for ensuring the highest professional standards and attitudes towards the care of patients are maintained and delivered at all times in accordance with evidence-based practice. They will be pivotal in developing this service.
The successful candidate should be competent and confident with extensive experience working in Mental Health Services.
