The personnel who access the MOD part of Maple are in active service and experiencing mental health presentations. You will have involvement within the MOD service framework and inpatient pathway, with opportunities (when COVID restrictions allow) to participate in the Network which supports the provision of this specialist service across the UK and Ireland.

As a clinical lead on the ward you will work closely with service users and their relatives/ carers as part of a multi-disciplinary team - you will lead the way as a role model within the team, demonstrating compassionate leadership through the Trust Values and Behaviours.
