Job summary
The Hambleton and Richmondshire Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team is based at North Moor House, Northallerton and offers assessment and interventions to an adult population presenting in mental health crisis.
We cover a large area and we endeavour to offer intervention on site or in patients homes. Therefore access to a vehicle and ability to work alone across varying locations is a necessity.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Psychologists in the team are key leadership team members and as such work following the multi disciplinary team approach adopted by the whole team.
As a key member there would be an expectation for the 8a Psychologist to lead and support other clinicals in the team whilst also providing specialist assessment and therapy for an identified patient group. A key part of the role will be leading on 72 hour formulations within the team.
