Job summary
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual who will work within the dynamic and patient focused secure outreach and transition team
The PBS practitioner will be an experienced registered practitioner who is able to demonstrate a very high degree of personal and professional skill in the application of PBS principles and practices to support adults with a diagnosis of learning disability and/or autism who may present with behaviours which require support and intervention and those who may have an offending history.
Main duties of the job
To take a lead role in the assessment, maintenance and evaluation of behavioural assessment, formulation, and care delivery within the PBS framework.
To plan and deliver training and educational activities in PBS noth internally and externally with other partner agencies across the trust
Provide clinical leadership to ensure PBS Clincal Link Pathway (CLiP) is embedded; delivered and reviewed as required.
