To provide strong clinical leadership and professional guidance to staff for which they are professionally responsible, empowering them to identify and initiate quality and service improvements utilising service improvement tools to implement the changes necessary to deliver high quality nursing care.

Operational Matron - Band 7
We are looking to recruit and enthusiastic and experienced nurse into the above post. The post is 30.0 hours per week and will also support the wider care manager of the day rota across 7 days.
The post will include operational leadership of the District Nursing and Phlebotomy service.
The post holder will be required to travel between all community bases across both the Stockton and Hartlepool localities.
