Job summary
An exciting opportunity is available to join our Trust working as Recruitment Advisor in our People Services Department.
The post is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day recruitment activity for the trust and will provide support and advice on the trusts recruitment processes to all involved.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and highly efficient individual who will work as part of our team in a busy department. The post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise workload effectively.

Main duties of the job
This post is a key role to provide an efficient and pro-active services to all managers, staff and prospective candidates, underpinned by excellent customer service at all times.
The post holder will ensure that an efficient customer focused recruitment service is delivered in accordance with the NHS Employer Check standards, statutory requirements, Trust policies and procedures and Key Performance Indicators.
The post holder will be expected to undertake transactional recruitment activity for the Trust for Agenda for Change recruitment, Medical and Dental recruitment and the trusts subsidiary company; NTH Solutions and any external SLAs.
The post holder will provide accurate and timely advice and support to managers and staff in relation to recruitment activity.
The post holder will accurately use the Trac Recruitment system and the Employee Staff Records ESR system, and ensure all required details are updated and maintained.The post holder will be responsible for completing a range of pre-employment checks prior to confirming any start dates with new employees of the Trust or via any SLA's.
These will include Identity and Right to Work, Disclosure & Barring Service, Professional Registration checks and Reference and Employment History. The post holder will also be responsible for issuing offer letters and contracts of employment within the set timescales.
