An exciting opportunity has arisen within North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust to appoint inspirational and enthusiastic Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join one of the community nursing teams caring for patients in their own or residential care homes in the localities of Hartlepool and Stockton. This maybe Rapid Response, District Nursing or Holdforth Community Hub and Homefirst . You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. Main duties of the job

As a team player, you will work under the leadership and supervision of the Team sister. Your role will require excellent assessment skills, partnership working and a strong commitment towards achieving positive health outcomes for all our patients. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all aspects of safeguarding adults whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.
Applicants must be Registered Nurses and hold current UK NMC registration. Access to a vehicle and possession of a full driving licence is essential along with business insurance.
