Health Records Service have 134 WTE staff over 6 sites and may be likened to the engine room, essential inhelping the EKHUFT move forward providing patient focused services. The Patient healthcare records arerequired for each contact the patient has with a health professional. The Health Records department is a hard-working Team who are highly motivated and effective, as a large Trust we have Services at 6 of the sites and we provide key services within the patient pathway for, Outpatient, in patient, pre-assessment Service, Access to Records and the archiving of records. We work hard as a Team to continually ensure that patient care is at the forefront of our service.
