Job summary
As an "agent of change", the Senior Clinical applications Manager will guide the developing, supporting, integrating and maintaining of multiple patient/clinical databases and applications across the Trust to inform stakeholders and support service enhancement in an ever-changing marketplace, managing multiple workstreams and technical areas to address the Trust's strategic and Digital objectives.
Main duties of the job
Lead responsibility for the overall operational management of multiple clinical information systems, ensuring optimal business continuity of supported applications is maintained at all times. This includes the management of adequate failover processes, ensuring cross cover and rotational working exists to support changing demands of the Trust, services, managers and end-users, working closely with Clinical application Managers where necessary.
