Job summary

The Outpatient Service Senior Administrator role in Womens Health will play a crucial role in the support and running of the service, patient experience and our administrative pathways and processes. This role involves supporting the Operations Manager with leading a team of Assistant Administrators in the operational delivery and clinical governance of Outpatient Services.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role are to assist the operational team with developing and running the Womens Health Booking team.

We are working to provide our women with a 'Gold Star' service for their visits to Hospital. To enable us to do this we are looking for a Senior Outpatient Administrator to join our small booking team.

You will need to be confident in decision making, organised, proactive, have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task.
