Job summary

The Dermatology Unit is a dynamic working environment with a team of 55+ staff mixed of nurses, admin and clinical team.

Our main base is Kent & Canterbury with off site clinics at QEQM & WHH.

We offer a range of service such as 2ww clinics, general clinics, MOHS, patch testing, botox, biologics and Vulval/Penile specialists clinic .

There is a presentation when invited for interview

The post is 37.5 hours a week.

Main duties of the job

  • Role models excellence in relevant nursing practice.
  • Works within all NMC, DOH and trust guidelines.
  • Recognises areas for development of scope of practice initiatives and develops with NMC and Trust guidelines.
  • Works collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Remains up to date with clinical and professional developments.
  • Participates in regular clinical supervision.
  • Supports training and educational initiatives for nurses and medical staff.
